Welcome to World Gratitude Journal.org! Thank you for visiting. I hope I can create massive value in your life and encourage you to create massive value in the lives of many other people.
Can I suggest to you an idea that has completely, radically altered my life for the better?
You and I were each created that we might have joy. That is the purpose of life and existence.
How can we experience joy? How can we Create it, Live it, and Share it?
I believe that Joy and Gratitude are the same thing.
We have different labels for them, different words, but they are exactly the same thing.
Think about it. Have you ever felt or experienced joy and not been feeling gratitude at the same time?
Turn it around and try it out for yourself. Have you ever been feeling a feeling of gratitude, and not been simultaneously experiencing joy?
It is the mission of this site to help create miracles in the lives of millions of people around the world through focusing on gratitude each and every day.
HERE IS THE GOAL:
ONE MILLION GRATITUDE POSTS ON THIS SITE BY NEW YEARS DAY 2009!
Is that bold enough for you? I hope so!
It may be nearly impossible in fact, but I believe in the attractive power of gratitude to accomplish the “impossible.”
You can help prove me right. You can help yourself and millions of people around the world begin to live more joyful, radiant lives by making a daily practice of sharing a gratitude post with the world.
To this end, I will post a gratitude statement every day and share it with the world.
I encourage you to do the same. As you do, I promise you will experience more joy and abundance in your life than you have ever known before. You will bless yourself by blessing others. Your life will become magical. You will attract and create the miracles you need in your life as you provide inspiration for miracles in the lives of others.
Come join me. Take the Challenge. Share this site with your friends and family.
Focus on Gratitude everyday and you will never be the same.
Create it, Live it, Share it.
I am grateful to be the first of one million posts about gratitude!
I am grateful for technology that allows us to communicate all over the world
I am so happy and grateful now that I am able to create more joy in my life by giving more this holiday season!
I will forever be grateful for new friends that have come into my life this year who are helping me to gain a greater knowledge and appreciation for this beautiful world we live in, and for the amazing opportunities that surround us everyday! Thank you all!
I dedicate this day to being grateful for everything and everyone I come in contact with today. I also want to express gratitude for the opportunity my family and I have to give to someone else this Christmas. It is a blessing to us that we have eought to share.
I have a wonderful group of girlfriends who love me and give me support no matter what I am doing nor how far apart we are. Thank you dear ones for always being there for me!
I am grateful for all the many blessings I have in my life. I have a beautiful family. I live in a great country where I am free to think and do and become whatever I choose.
I am greatful for my daughter she changed my whold life to a better one. And I am greatful for the religion and for friends it makes me feel that my blessings are truly there. I am hoping we make that goal for a million.
I am so happy and grateful NOW for the ever-present love, support and comfort of my wife Heidi, my friends, my family and Spirit.
I am so grateful for the wonderful people in my life, and for wise mentors.
I am so grateful for the people that I have in my life that offer up their valuable time to teach and mentor me and assist me in taking my life to levels that I never dreamed of!
I am grateful to have the best neighbor you could ask for!
I am very grateful for my family and friends, and for the comforts of a good home in the USA. But I am more grateful that so many dedicated individuals around this world give their all to help the cause of peace and freedom, especially religious freedom, and to that Spirit which motivates and inspires people of all faiths to dedicate their time and assets to helping the needy and ministering the Spirit of Peace to those who have a need.
I am grateful for FedEx. What a wonderful service! It is a great and prosperous world that we live in where for a mere $27 dollars I can drop off a package and have it delivered by 9:00 am tomorrow to a co-worker 2500 miles a way. How awesome is that!?
I am grateful for my wonderful wife, who, through thick or thin, has stood by me and made my life better because she was part of it.
I am grateful for four wheel drive vehicles. It is a great feeling to know that you have four wheels searching for traction through the snow instead of just two!
Today I am very grateful for General Motors. They produce some very fine automobiles and I utilize one of these in my daily commute. The combination of both luxury and performance of this car is astounding and I am grateful for the ingenuous engineers and manufacturing workers at GM that can create such a fine automobile!
I am grateful for my good friend Ryan. Ryan and I have been close friends for 11 years and each year our relationship grows and the value that we create together also grows. Ryan has been by my side through some of the darkest days of my life. Having Ryan in my life is one of my greatest blessings.
I am grateful that I have enough and to spare. I have plenty for my needs and wants, and I have plenty to share with others. What an amazing blessing!
I am grateful for Amar G. Bose. Dr. Bose founded the Bose corporation and also invented and patented several new patents for cutting edge speaker systems. It is truly ear candy to listen to music on speakers manufactured by Bose.
I am grateful for Children. The Love and excitement for life that they have, and how they share that with the world around them. For my children’s love and appreciation of me as a father, despite my failing to always be the father that they deserve.
I am grateful for my wife, her unselfish and undying love for our family. Her ability to see beyond the surface of any situation and make lemonade from it.
I’m thankful for hot running water to shower, wash dishes, wash clothes and flush toilets.
I am so thankful for education and the intelligence that I have been given. I am also thankful that a loving Heavenly Father allows us to continue to grow and develop our talents and knowledge. Basically, I am just thankful to be done with finals for this semester
I am thankful for good food at the holidays. After all, I have lived in those countries that food is not plentiful and it makes me think more about it each time I throw something away. I love the abundance of good foods at the holidays with my favorites being clementines, pomegranates, chocolates, turkey, mashed potates and stuffing…among other things. I also like the stocking stuffer treats.
I’m grateful for good friends who are uplifting and bring peace and joy to my life. They also make me laugh a whole lot. This past weekend I had 29 people at my house for a massive dinner and holiday party. The white elephant tradition did not disappoint and the company was wonderful. Thanks to all my school buddies for being there for me.
I’m so grateful for our two hyper-active beagles, watching them play always makes me laugh out loud. I am also grateful for a determined husband who won’t let me give them away when they are not displaying the manners of puppy school graduates.
I’m so grateful for my wife and my children. They are each very special to me and are tremendous examples to me of love, kindness and patience. Their positive energy and enthusiasm for life is just wonderful.
I am (sounds like the start of an Affirmation) so thankful and grateful, for Family, Friends, and for the Armed Forces that are protecting all the people who can’t protect themselves.
I put my Gratitude statements to music!
I am grateful for the gift of change. My life has changed so dramatically the past few years that when I contrast the way I think and believe now with the “old” me, I am shocked and appalled that I ever saw life that way. Gratitude is a major part of the change that has taken place in my life. Not that I was ungrateful before the change, but now I am grateful in a new way and for things that I would have never been grateful for previously. This gratitude has also made me ‘want’ in a different way – I want different things than I used to want: a better life for others (not just me); for others to be able to fulfill their dreams (not just me); for others to be happy (not just me).
I am grateful for the men and women who sacrificed in the early years of our republic to bestow liberty upon their posterity. Without their dramatic public virtue, our nation would never have been what it is today.
I’m particularly grateful for charity at this time of my life — for the charity that others have bestowed upon me and my family these past few months — for good friends, neighbors, and family that saw fit to share with me, a beggar, just like all of us. My gratitude for charity is so immense, it has changed my life and my relationship with others — those I know and those I don’t know — forever.
I am so greatful for the good hearts of my neighbors – great people!
I am grateful for God’s love and patience with me, and for a testimony of the Savior. This has changed my life; it has made it more precious. And I am grateful for my Elect Lady. It is great to have a companion for now and forever.
I am truly grateful for my family, for the three most awe inspiring, brilliant boys in the world.
I am so blessed to be surrounded by and interact with many likeminded people who care so much about bringing a positive change to all around them.
I am thankful to be conscious of love. To Give love and be loved. For my Friends and family, even strangers.
Oh, wow, I’m thankful to be able to do this again. I’m thankful to share what I have with others. I’m thankful that I realize I have nothing unless I can share it.
I am grateful for family, freedom and peace.
I am grateful for the wonderful Christmas season and the love felt throughout it.
Also I am grateful for my wonderful family and my sister Erin.
I am grateful for the opportunity I am living, to come to this earth and experience things for myself and learn to have joy!
I am blessed to have a wonderful family who love me no matter what!I have the BEST husband in the world and children who bless my life daily. I also am grateful for my mom and my brothers and sisters, they bring me JOY!
I am grateful for my family and friends, and for my association with like-minded Producers. I am mindful of our freedoms and will not take them for granted, and thanks for the insight of our forefathers and our Constitution.
Goal is to assist in the restoration of our Republic and The Constitution.
I am grateful for days off and a season to reflect and re-prioritize for the good. I am also grateful that there are many more out there that realize the power of the positive and of love. May God bless us all with the peace that is needed in our individual lives in the new year.
I am grateful, most of all, for family. Not just my own but the idea. That, of course, leads to gratitude for the whole wonderful plan.
I am also grateful for the way God teaches us, and how, if we are willing students, He will guide us. I am excited for what He has to teach me, and also, I must admit, a little apprehensive. The lessons are rarely easy.
I am thankful for the challenges that come into my life. I struggle while I am in the midst of one, but looking back, I would not change any of them. The person I am today is stronger, braver, wiser, and much kinder than I could have been without the hardships that give me the opportunity to swim against the tide.
I am grateful for my wonderful family. Each individual is amazing and talented in my eyes. And although they might not be totally hip or anything in the eyes of the world at large, they are treasure to me that I would never trade.
I am gratefule for life, love and opportunity. I know that I can do and be what ever I decide.
There is a lot of help at there for me.
I am grateful for the example of many great Prophets and for technology to continue to read, see, and hear them. The greatest of which is our Savior Jesus Christ who “laid His glory by”to come to earth so that we may be recipients of His great Atoning sacrifice. I’m grateful for all of the opportunities that we are given to learn; by study, by faith, by life experience,(easy and hard). I’m grateful for a great companion who continues to lift and support me in my weakness and loves me through it all.
Ditto Louise. I am so very grateful to be alive and have the opportunity to learn through all the ups and downs of life. I am especially grateful for our Savior Jesus Christ. His Example and Atonement make it possible for me to endure when it seems at times there is no hope. I am grateful for Faith and the many, many, family and friends that have helped me to exercise a lot of it. Lastly, I am forever grateful for my husband. He has so much love for his fellowman and diligently strives daily to lift the burdens of others. May 2008 truly be Happy.

I am grateful for amazing friends who are striving to live in harmony with true principles like me. I am grateful for a living prophet and for the scriptures. I am grateful for challenges and adversity so I can see what my character is and what traits I can work on improving. I am grateful for the Atonement. I’m grateful for wisdom, truth and righteousness. I’m grateful for temples. I’m grateful for my husband and our eternal marriage.
I am thankful today to have my newborn baby home from the hospital, thriving, and without any infection. I am thankful just to be together with my family.
I’m Thankful for: My Wife, Family, Friends, Freedoms, The Gospel, Forgiveness, Hardworking Ancestors & Forefathers, the opportunity to know others without these things and the opportunity to realize the abundance with which I have been blessed.
I am grateful that God’s promises are real and come to fruition when we are obedient to the laws upon which they are predicated.
I am grateful for the Holy Spirit which guides/prompts our everyday decisions and witnesses when good choices have been made.
I am grateful for my job, which provides a financial basis from which I then have opportunity to thrive and to share.
I am grateful for opportunities to be educated, and for the cognitive abilities which allow me to move forward in such a direction.
I am grateful for the Plan of Happiness.
I am grateful for the examples of gratitude others are sharing.
I am grateful to be living in the United States as a citizen who loves her freedoms.
I am grateful a loving Heavenly Father who watches over me; for a beautiful family that loves me; for the freedom we have in the USA and for the founders who established it – if only we can keep. I am also grateful for servicemen and women who give a portion of their lives and even all their lives that I might have those freedoms. and, I am grateful to be of influence in the world; to be able to work and have joy in the fruits of my labor – both in my garden and in the growth and ‘ah-ha’ moments of the students I teach. I am grateful that when they wrote in their gratitude journals their lives changed. So, I am also grateful for this site and the person who directed me to it.
I am greatful for the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Through his teachings I am able to be happy and know that I will have all that is important to me for ever. I love Him.
I am grateful for so many things, I am having trouble deciding upon just one for this post.
1) I am grateful for my Father in Heaven. He is my constant confidant.
2) I am grateful for his Holy Spirit. His whisperings guide my every action, allowing me to make less mistakes, and learn immediately from the ones I do make.
3) I am grateful for my Husband. Living with him has allowed me to grow and thus experience joys I never knew existed.
4) I am grateful for my Children. They are pure joy embodied. They are a most precious loan.

I’m grateful for all the people who have come into my life recently who are such great examples and teachers to me. I appreciate their willingness to share their knowledge, faith and testimonies with me when I have little to offer in return.
I’m grateful for two energetic boys that keep my hopping and on my toes and I’m grateful for one big boy who loves me unconditionally (because that can be tough some times). I’m also grateful that others take the time to educate me and get my brain used in ways it hasn’t been used before!

I am grateful for my life, and my newfound love of it. I now look forward to the challenges and blessings that I will encounter each day!
I am grateful for my best friends, without them I do not think I could make it somedays. They are my strength when I have none left. They are my comfort when my heart needs it most. They are my comedians when I need to laugh. They are my Dear Abby when I need advice. They are my inspiration, my motivation, and my determination to be the best I can and to excel in my life and to never give up or settle for less than I deserve. I only hope I am as much to them. I love them with all I am.
I am grateful for my family and the love and peace that they bring into my life.
I am grateful that i had the opportunity to know 2 of the greatest men I have known, Ray Hooper and Les McGuire – who saw more in me and believed more in me than i did in myself. Without them, I would not have seen the vision, Prosperity and Abundance that I am creating in my life and the lives of others today. They were great men who created tremendous value in the lives of many and who I chose to continue my life in the paths that they left behind.
I am also grateful for the other wonderful mentors, coaches, friends and family that have believed in my dreams and have taught me through example and love.
